BDP Project Logistics signs up ACS
Source: Heavy Lift & Project Forwarding International, January/February 2009 – Singapore-based BDP Project Logistics has signed an agency agreement with American Cargoservice (ACS), a San Diego-based freight forwarder.
Luc Van Heygen, managing director, Americas and Europe, for BDP Project Logistics, said: “ACS will bring us valuable cargo handling capability and expertise in the important California project market, where we are looking to expand our involvement in the alternative energy markets, among others.”
A wholly owned subsidiary of BDP International, BDP Project Logistics offers transport and related services for time-sensitive shipments that require special equipment and co-ordination to support construction and expansion projects for the global power generation, infrastruction, and other industries.
